November-December 2012

We got family pictures here are some of the favorites:

They held hands all on their own!
Love both of these two and their bright blue eyes!

It took a long time to get this smile out of her!
 Checking out the pond.
 Walking to the next spot...
while watching the boys run there!

This is what stickers are for right?
 We LOVE pine nuts!!
It's amazing how crazy this girls hair can get!
I love when I go in in the morning to things like this!  So cute!
Gotta find ways to keep the kids entertained while waiting for the doc.

Who knew teamwork could be this cute!!
I never seem to take many pictures of Thanksgiving, but we got grass the day after Thanksgiving!  Thanks to Mike he had extra from a job and the family all stepped up and helped us lay it.
Between me and Brandi we made lots of these flowers for Kira's wedding.  She had a letter/mail theme going since her and Jordan wrote throughout his whole mission, it was really cute!
Aspen wanted to help me mail the bridal shower invites, haha I loved it!!
Kira and Jordan got married Dec 1st!
My handsome boys waiting for them to come out. (Hunter got sick at the luncheon right after this so just me and Aspen went to Kanab for the reception.) This was also the day our trail blazer started acting up and we weren't able to drive it anymore after this day, we even had to borrow Dixie's new car to get to Kanab.
Aspen waiting to see aunt Kira.  Diana's kids were nice enough to watch all our little kids while we went in the temple for the sealing, when we came out they had them all dressed and ready (except hair which we quickly did when we came out) they were awesome helpers!  They had also watched all mine, Brandi's and Jordan's sisters kids in 1 hotel room a couple weekends before (maybe only one I can't remember for sure) while we went to the Manti temple for Kira to take out her endowments.  Ben ended up having to stay home for work so he didn't get to come to the endowments.  Right after Kira's endowments we got to have Grandma and Grandpa Robinson sealed together and then to my dad and aunt Darlene.  I even got to be a proxy for my grandma it was amazing!  After that we got back to the hotel and poor Aspen hadn't been feeling very good... After that we headed up to Diana's for Kira's up north bridal shower (we had done a Pampered Chef one for her in Kanab before then.) My dad was so sweet with my sick Aspen while I helped with the bridal shower!!  Kira's wedding events apparently didn't sit very well with either of our kiddos!
I love how good of friends these two are!
 The Robinson side.
Can you tell the both Kira and Jordan are the youngest of the family?!  They sure have a lot of nieces and nephews!
I got to do Kira's nails for the wedding...
I love how they turned out!
We went with the Ewell side to get Christmas trees.

All the grandkids that went with, we were just missing Brylee.
 Time to decorate!
 Done!
Meeting Santa at our ward Christmas party.
Aspen was pretty scared, I hoped Hunter being by her would help, as you can tell it didn't.
Christmas Eve, time to open jammies!  We also gave our kids slippers this year.  I love her excited face that you can see just below the slippers.
Here are her jammies, I like how intent Ben and Tyler are on her opening them.
Here Hunter is opening his, how he was sitting was cracking me up, it looks so uncomfortable!
This is what Christmas morning looked like.

Poor Aspen was up throwing up quite a bit of the night, we had been up late getting last minute things done, luckily she didn't start throwing up til right after we were done, but we were definitely way tired for Christmas!  She went through several pairs of jammies, so she doesn't even have her new Christmas Eve jammies on for the morning.  She was a trooper though and did pretty good throughout the day!

And to wrap up the 2012 year we even got a snow storm!!

October 2012

 This was a busy month!
Hunter had his 1st primary program!  He almost missed getting to say his part too!  He did not want to stay up there, and he kept like hanging over the half wall right in front of where he was sitting, I was sure he was going to be the first kid ever to fall off of the stand!  We were sitting in the side benches and he kept coming down to us, it finally took Grandma (Ben's mom) talking to him to get him to go up long enough to say his line!  I don't think he sang at all either!  Got to love watching the Sunbeams during the programs!
Tyler came home off his mission (this was actually the very end of September and Jordan came home the beginning of September.)
We did our usual camping trip for the opening of the elk hunt over conference weekend.
These cute kiddos got very dirty!
Ben found him a make shift hammer and went to town on our firewood with it, we were all giggling over it.
 All gathered around the fire.
 Cute kiddos watching a movie.
They were so cute sleeping next to each other!
We had a crazy hail storm!!
Halloween time is only official in the house once we have sugar cookies!! I love my kids in my aprons that are WAY to big for them.
Hehe love these happy smiles, Aspen was trying to put frosting on Hunter.
At this age and for a long time after EVERYTHING became bracelets!  I don't know where she came from because if you know me I don't wear jewelry but this girl loves it!
I love when this beard is....
 GONE!!
 We love carving pumpkins!
Aspen kept tasting hers, look close and you can see some bite marks.
Every year we get some pretty good faces when they put their hands in for the first time, you would think Hunter would remember from past years.
 Aspen didn't mind at all.
 My pumpkin.
 Hunter and Aspen's.
 All 4 lit up.
We apparently didn't take a pic of Ben's not in the dark, so here is a close up of his details.
Ready for the library Halloween activities!
 Fun Halloween grilled cheese sandwiches.
 Me and Ben as hillbillies.
 The whole fam
Aspen trying a warhead! I love sour faces!
She was still testing it out in this pic.
This was right before we headed trick or treating (really we just went to a neighborhood Halloween party for a little bit, then to grandparents, great grandparents, and of course Ben's parents neighbors that make fresh homemade donuts.)  Aspen's star is a glow stick and I tied Hunter's there so it would be like the Iron Man glowing part.  Fun Halloween!

Aug-Sept 2012

I know it's crazy but I'm going to try to do a few quick updates to get caught up :) I'm trying hard to limit my selections of photos so hopefully I can get updated faster, but there are just so many memories that I can't not put in!! So here we go:
Jaron and Caitlin got married in Aug 2012.  It was up in Salt Lake, we stayed in a hotel so there was more bathroom space.  The kids loved staying in the hotel but had a hard time going to sleep so between all the running around for wedding events and hard time going to sleep they were exhausted!  Uncle Stephen and Aunt Linda and their girls watched our kiddos while we went to Caitlin's endowment session, then we had a family dinner that night.  The wedding was the next morning, Cason and Caitlin's sister watched our kids while we went to the sealing.  Then that night they had a reception.  It was at a church, the grounds were to pretty!!  There was a stream and pathway around it, it was so cool!  They had a photo booth that the kids loved!  And there was dancing at the end as well.  Several of Caitlin's girl friends were dancing together and our stud Hunter went right in the middle of their circle and started dancing!  He LOVED the dancing!!  Don't know where he got it from since Ben has danced with me once!! I love that my kids love to dance, and I'm glad they have no fear of doing it in public.  Jaron and Caitlin even got video of it, they had a videographer that worked along with the photographer and there is a section that caught some of Hunter's moves, so cute!
This was heading up north for Jaron and Caitlin's wedding.
Kind of sad but looks like these 2 pics are the only ones I took from this weekend!  The one of the family above is stolen from Caitlin!
This is at their reception in Toquerville the next weekend.
I just thought these two were so cute!
This is Danielle and Jesse's son Tritt, he is quite the miracle, shortly after he was born he was life flighted to Primary Children's and had open heart surgery, his arteries didn't develop correctly which they hadn't seen in the ultrasounds and he seemed perfect when he was first born, then after a couple hours one of the nurses thought his coloring was off and they tested and found the prob.  It was pretty crazy hearing about this happening to friends but look at him now!!
 Got to love bed head!!
This was a few days before Hunter's birthday, they were making birthday cake and blowing out the candles.  They are so cute!
We went to Delta for Labor Day weekend, Ben sprained his meniscus while wake boarding.
But he was still able to go dove hunting.  Aspen had a blast trying to help clean the dove! It was so funny but so gross too haha! I had Joslyn wash Aspen after they got done cuz I wasn't about to touch her after this!  It was cute to watch her trying to help though!
 Such a sweet picture!
We were there for Hunter's birthday but didn't want to celebrate it there, so instead when we got home the night of his birthday let him open one present, then celebrated it the next day.  We had planned on just pretending his birthday was the next day since he was young enough that he wouldn't know the difference, but cousins informed him it was his birthday... It was sad when he walked up and asked it was his birthday poor guy!
Good thing the next day he had a blast and completely forgot about the day before being his actual birthday!

He wanted another train cake like when he turned 3 but he also wanted a Spiderman cake, so this is what I came up with a train that a toy Spiderman is stopping because the track is broken (like in the movie.)
Happy 4th Birthday Hunter!
